All payment transactions are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the payment processor. FinqoAI is not liable for payment processing errors caused by third-party providers.

Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at FinqoAI's sole discretion. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
FinqoAI provides certain features powered by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, contain errors, or become outdated. Users are responsible for independently reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it. FinqoAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Nothing within FinqoAI constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or professional consulting services. Users should consult qualified professionals before making financial, investment, legal, tax, or business decisions.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to FinqoAI. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant FinqoAI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, display, and use content solely for providing and improving the Services. This license terminates when the content is deleted, except where retention is required by law.

FinqoAI relies on third-party providers including OpenAI, Supabase, Dodo Payments, Hostinger, and Google Analytics. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, policies, or performance of third-party services.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time if these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, security concerns arise, required by law, or necessary to protect FinqoAI or other users. Termination may occur without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
Users may delete their accounts at any time. Account deletion does not automatically create a right to a refund for previously paid subscription periods.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinqoAI and its affiliates, owners, contractors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, financial losses, investment losses, or business interruptions. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. FinqoAI makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We reserve the right to add features, remove features, modify functionality, change pricing, update subscription plans, or discontinue portions of the Services. Such modifications may occur without liability to Users.
